About Jack
Learning is an adventure, learning is fun!
Having taught English in 4 countries now, both for GCSE & A-Level exams as well as IELTS and English as a Second Language, I know what it takes to do well.
As a lifelong learner of languages too, I speak Arabic and Spanish as well as conversational French, I know how tough it can be sometimes. I have lived outside of the UK in Hong Kong, Spain, Morocco, Sudan and soon Egypt, so I am familar with many of the common mistakes English language learners from many countries make when learning English, and how to overcome them!
I believe that sharing personal experience, and learning through interesting topics is the best way to approach language learning and to overcome the main challenges such as grammar and pronunciation - if we have passion, we have purpose, and if we have purpose, we have motivation to succeed!

- Lessons tailored to the students interests - especially when it comes to learning resources - I believe it's more fun and more effective when multiple passions are engaged!
- Focus on both exam content but also real life uses of English for second language learners - communication is just as important as excellent grammar and writing skills.
- Lessons no more than 1 hour - more than that and engagement is reduced!
- Can work and have experience with all ages and abilities.
