I graduated for Donduk women's university with a BA in English. During my time at the university I started to teach English to Korean students throughout my studies for several years.
Last year I arrived in Seattle, WA and began to teach Korean to English speakers. K-Pop, Korean shows and various K-Dramas seem to spark the initial interest of my students. Using these fun topics to introduce Korean helps create a fun activity for learning versus a typical study session.
Being both a student and teacher of multiple languages I now know very effective ways to learn Korean.
