About Meena
Namaste! My name is Meena Kumar from Mira Road Thaneaharastra. I am passionate about yoga and believe that yoga is a beautiful way to maintain a healthy body and peaceful mind. I enjoy helping people improve their flexibility, strength, breathing, and concentration through simple and effective yoga practices.
My aim is to create a positive, comfortable, and welcoming environment where everyone can learn and enjoy yoga. I believe that with regular practice, yoga can become a meaningful part of our daily life.
