About Shadia
I have 8 years of experience working with children and young people. Part of this was spent as a Well-being coach; I am particularly passionate about supporting students wellbeing alongside studies!
Making sure that you feel good and less stressed is an incredibly important part in achieving the best you possibly can. I make sure to incorporate this support as much as you feel comfortable with, because we can often forget to look after ourselves through that process!
I currently work as a Researcher I love to challenge myself and work as best as I can to achieve my goals. I hope to help you realise that you can do the same too!

Nice to meet you! I’m Shadia :)
As a quick overview:
Sessions run for 60 minutes.
Students attend for 50 minutes; 10 minutes are for admin and preparation.
All ages are welcome.
Experience working with neurodivergent students (I.e. Autistic, ADHD, Dyspraxic)
Experience tutoring KS1/2, 11+, GCSE English and Science, A-Level Geography, Philosophy and Psychology, as well as Psychology to degree level.
I centre my teaching approach around each student, using our first lesson to understand what works best for you. Do you prefer visual learning, practice questions or need support keeping up with class work or assignments? We’ll work together to tailor each session so that you’re confident you’re getting what you need!
I am a Psychology graduate and Neurodevelopment masters student. I achieved A*AA at A-levels in Psychology, Geography and Philosophy as well as over 10 GCSEs.
Though these are my main areas of expertise, I also have experience tutoring GCSE English and Science as well as 11+ and KS1/2.
