About Arda
I am a Philosophy undergraduate at King’s College London, having recently completed A-Level Philosophy myself. I decided to tutor because I enjoy discussing philosophy and want to help students become more confident with the subject. As I have recently experienced the A-Level course and exams myself, I understand the challenges students face and can share the approaches that helped me develop my understanding and essay writing.

My lessons are tailored to each student and focus on making difficult philosophical ideas easier to understand. We can work through topics, analyse arguments, practise essay questions and improve exam technique. I encourage students to explain ideas in their own words and develop their own evaluations, rather than simply memorising information. Lessons can be adapted depending on whether you need help with a specific topic, essay writing, revision or exam preparation.
