About Zack
I have studied various types of martial arts since I was a little 6 year old boy, having achieved a black belt in kickboxing and won gold in a national tournament.
I have taught hundreds of students in the past who all showed great improvements throughout their journey including high profile individuals such as famous Actors and Diplomats.

I am offering kickboxing classes to people of all ages who want to learn a beautiful art and get a killer workout during the process!
I am full of energy and deliver a fast paced lesson.
My lessons contain the following:
* Japanese style Karate style stretching to achieve maximum flexibility.
* Basic boxing or kickboxing techniques (depending on what you prefer).
* Putting all those techniques together in continuous harmony and hitting the pads that I will hold.
* intense body control exercise during and after kickboxing drills.
* if you are lucky, I might just let you attack me.
* end of lesson feedback and general consultancy on how to improve for the next lesson.
My lessons are for those who want to get fit, loose weight fast, improve their martial arts skills or just simply, want to have FUN! :D
I also teach children from the ages 7 and up.

Me and my mate did a sess with Zack, he's a total pro! I felt the program he put together made sense and it was really intense! I have no doubt you will loose those calories if that's your goal and build muscle at the same time. We did a thorough warm up (basically HIIT) then sparring, he was teaching us how to punch and kick. He was helping me to balance, checking what's weak, what needs more work. He was fun, but totally focused and he didn't let us waste any time. At the end we were beating sweat like Niagara Falls. Absolutely recommended.
