About Raphaelle
I achieved a high 2.1 in Biomedical Science from Cardiff University in 2018 and I am now studying Medicine at Kings College London. Biomedical Science combined the main focus of biological systems in health and disease, with statistics and chemistry; all of which I very much enjoyed.
Over the past four years I have tutored a number of students, to varying levels whilst I completing my degree. My tutoring experience started by supporting struggling GCSE Maths students and has flourished from there. As a native French speaker, I am able to offer French tutoring in all aspects of the language, speaking being my favourite to teach. I found it particularly rewarding when a student came to me, saying that they understood the examiner's questions without a problem in their recent French GCSE exam.
During our sessions, you will explain what you would like to cover. This could be a specific aspect of the course; guidance with assignments or any other general support. I will make the sessions as engaging as possible, using a variety of teaching resources including videos, diagrams, discussion and exam questions. I hope that you like my approach to teaching and that I can share my enthusiasm for the sciences, maths and French with you!
I am also more than happy to provide advice and support about getting into Medical School in the UK.
