About Aamilah
Through years of hard work and dedication, I achieved 9 A*s at GCSE and 3 A*s at A-Level, and I am now studying Dentistry at King’s College London. Having recently completed these exams myself, I understand how stressful the process can be and what is required to achieve the highest grades. I bring this experience into my tutoring, helping students solidify their knowledge and develop strong exam technique, while building the confidence to go into their exams feeling prepared.

My approach focuses on understanding content, actively recalling it, and applying it effectively in exams. I work through the full specification, ensuring every area is covered using clear explanations, diagrams, quizzes and recall techniques to help students retain information. Once content is secure, we focus on exam technique through past-paper questions and application tasks, with an emphasis on understanding what examiners are looking for — essential for achieving the higher grades. Lessons are typically 1 hour, but can be longer if required. I have 2 years’ experience tutoring Biology and Chemistry and teach GCSE and A-Level students from Year 9–13.
