Kat is an extraordinary ballet instructor. Her exercises are rooted in solid fundamentals, and the music is beautiful. Her barre is level and pacing are always appropriate for the stated class level, incorporating classic adagio, allegro, and flexibility movements—it sets the bar for a barre :). Notably, she shows great respect to the adult student; while many teachers are interested in teaching children, a student can walk into Kat’s class at 100 years old and feel welcome. A+++++
