I had my first session with Kane ,straight away Kane mad me feel relaxed with his genuine desire to help you achieve,Told me about his background and experience and was keen to no about me ,which gives a great personal touch ,,as we went through the training Kane was quick to encourage acknowledge how well I was doing correcting what needed to be corrected and making sure the session was just right for me as a individual not too much not too little just right ,also pushing me with some fitness in between round ,,Kane is one of the most professional trainers I have trained with and knowledge and skilful ,so would highly recommended Kane for any training
