Julie-Michelle is one of the most inspiring young musicians I have associated with. Her training as a soprano at top-level conservatories in classical voice, opera, early music, and music theory permits her to instruct at a very high level. Coupled with her warmth and musical intelligence, Julie-Michelle possesses the rare and excellent ability to quickly identify the level the student is at and break down and simplify the most complex concepts for students at every level to understand and grasp. In her work with beginner pianists, vocalists, and instrumentalists learning music theory, my observation is that Julie-Michelle elevates every student she diligently works with. Given her fabulous teaching skills, due to which students thrive under her guidance, I recommend her enthusiastically.
