About Julia
I love tutoring younger students because I truly understand the challenges they face in balancing extracurricular activities with the demands of challenging subjects. I’ve experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to juggle school, sports, part-time work, and other commitments while trying to excel academically. It’s not just about understanding the material; it’s about managing time, staying motivated, and finding the right balance. I’ve had to learn how to stay organized, prioritize my tasks, and develop study strategies that work for me. Now, I want to help others navigate these challenges. By sharing the skills and techniques I’ve picked up along the way, I aim to make students feel more confident in their ability to balance their responsibilities. I want to show them that they don’t have to sacrifice their passions or hobbies to succeed in their studies. I believe that learning how to manage time effectively is just as important as understanding the content itself. My goal is to empower my students, helping them develop the skills to balance academics with their personal lives while maintaining a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle.

Hi! I’m Julia. I graduated year 12 in 2024, studying specialist mathematics, mathematical methods, biology, chemistry, and literature, achieving highly in all. I'm currently a first-year Veterinary Science student at James Cook University. Whilst completing year 11 and 12, I was a tutor for many younger students in years 4-10, in a variety of subjects.
