About Diogo
Good morning, I am Portuguese-Brazilian, black belt in Judo and have lived in art for over twenty years. I am passionate about martial arts and mainly for teaching it, besides Judo, I have also practiced Jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai. I study martial arts daily, practicing, teaching and reading books. My methodology consists of online classes, focusing on Tandoku Renshu (training with shadow or solitaire) which in my opinion is the most appropriate for individual distance training.

I propose to teach in the Tandoku Renshu method (training with shadow or solitaire), where I will approach various techniques and different training modes, improving the mechanics of blows, speed, memory and bringing combat situations, always showing the student the techniques and answering questions . I also propose to teach the theoretical content of Judo and martial arts in general, in addition to the fundamentals of Judo.

Comecei a ter aula de judô com o Diogo há cerca de 1 ano e aprendi muito em pouco tempo. A sua didática é excelente, de modo que o que é ensinado se torna muito fácil de ser absorvido. Além disso, é extremamente atencioso aos detalhes, buscando sempre a execução perfeita dos movimentos. Tem um grande conhecimento técnico e filosófico da arte marcial. Suas aulas abrangem não apenas as técnicas do judô, mas também os conceitos básicos e os fundamentos da arte.
Tem muita paciência, entende as dificuldades que cada aluno possa ter durante o processo de aprendizagem e se adapta às necessidades de cada um. Recomendo com empenho este professor!Aulas de Judô extremamente detalhadas, com domínio técnico e didático por parte do professor.
