I am studying at London's leading conservatoire, Guildhall School, for a BMus.
I am an active gigging musician in South London.
I studied for both Theoretical Physics Bsc and Comparative Literature BA at UCL, and turned down a place to study law at LSE, before dropping out to pursue music as a full time student.
I am 21, from Cambridge, living in North London.

Most students of the piano follow two paths: admission of defeat or soulless regimented playing. I aim to help students avoid these problems by teaching the piano through exploration and innovation.
In their first lesson, students will already start composing their own music. They will not understand the theory nor techniques they display, but I believe this theory is best taught retrospectively.
I am a student of Guildhall School studying a BMus in Electronic and Produced Music, and my focus is primarily on composition and artistic realisation. My skills in piano and composition are at a very high level, with work of mine being displayed in the Barbican.
My lessons are explorative and tailored to the needs of each student, allowing them to develop an artistic voice in whatever style they desire. However, I will also teach basic to advanced technique: scales, music theory, correct posture. These skills will be taught, unlike most music lessons, through exploration and adaptation, rather than direct instruction, as I believe this helps a student develop character as a writer, performer and artist.
If you are looking for a traditional programme of music education I am not the tutor for you.
