I'm a well qualified Yoga teacher/ Yoga therapist/ Yoga Instructor from reputed universities of India.
I'm giving private/Home session since five years in Delhi. I have degree/ diploma in Human Consciusness & Yoga and Master in Yoga from reputed University, India.
My key skill are Meditation, Sense withdrawal, Advance posture, mudras, Hatha Yoga and Therapy yoga expert.
Yoga started in my life in the presence of an ascetic, Siddha Saint 15 years ago. Under the supervision of such an ascetic, I imbibed Kundalini yoga, meditation, samadhi and yoga to keep the body healthy
