About Mark
My own personal training journey began back in the 1980’s when I was a 14 year old lad with absolutely no idea about how to achieve an improvement in my own very skinny physique.
Within a relatively short period of time my developing knowledge and physical improvement lead to my friends then requesting personal training sessions, with me in my home gym.
My new found confidence and physical fitness enabled me to compete within National and International Martial Arts Competitions.
My career path changed and I joined the Police Service. After 25 years service I retired and have since gained a number of specialist Personal Training Qualifications.
My desire is to help you become a better version of yourself and I am delighted to be able to offer you my services to enable you to achieve your health and fitness goals.
