About Krishank
I am a twenty-one-year-old law graduate who has spent years training in Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, MMA and boxing. I have plenty of fight experience and coached at Durham University for two years, working with all kinds of students. My sessions are relaxed, motivating and focused on helping you build real technique and confidence. I love seeing people improve and I will make sure you feel supported from your first lesson onwards. Let us get you training and making progress.

• Jiu Jitsu purple belt earned at nineteen after many years of consistent training • More than a decade of experience in Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, MMA and boxing • Two years of coaching at Durham University working with students of different abilities • Experience competing internationally in Jiu Jitsu and grappling • Practical MMA and boxing fight experience that strengthens the realism of my coaching • Lessons focus on clean technique, proper form and developing intelligent movement • Teaching methodology blends technical drilling, situational training, pad work and controlled sparring • Emphasis on building confidence, discipline and strong fundamentals in every session • Typical sessions last sixty minutes and include warm-ups, technical instruction and applied practice • Sessions can be adapted for fitness-based training or skill-focused development • I teach beginners and intermediate students of all ages in a patient, clear and supportive style • Comfortable working with complete beginners who want to build basics from the ground up • Able to challenge more experienced students with advanced grappling and striking concepts • Coaching available in Jiu Jitsu, MMA, grappling, wrestling and boxing with personalised progression plans
