About Jenn
Hi! I’m Jenn!
I have over 10 years of guitar experience, specializing in fingerstyle, folk, old-time, and bluegrass. Additional background in wind instruments, vocal performance, and musical theatre.
Some of my strengths are:
Fingerstyle - including Alternating Thumb/Travis Style, Carter Family Style, Old Time, and Thumb Roll
Arranging -Expertise working with guitar ergonomics while balancing expressive sound and feel
Music Theory -Strong foundational understanding of music theory as a core component in becoming a well-rounded, skilled musician with a thorough knowledge of guitar theory and the guitar neck
