About Tessa
My guitar teaching approach starts with adapting to each student’s learning style. I adjust lessons for visual, auditory, or hands-on learners so they can understand techniques clearly and grow at a steady and comfortable pace. I bring creativity into every session by teaching improvisation, composition, rhythm training, ear training, and song learning. Students explore different genres and develop their own musical voice while building strong skills in theory and technique. I am a dedicated guitar tutor with 5 years of experience teaching high school and college students. I have successfully taught around 250 learners, helping them grow from basic chords to confident playing. I enjoy making lessons clear, friendly, and enjoyable for every student.
My teaching philosophy is to understand each student’s learning style and adapt the lessons to their needs. I focus on simple explanations, steady progress, and creative practice so students feel motivated and supported.
