About Yash
I'm an undergrad student who plays guitar and is in a band in Sydney. I want to share the guitar and music theory skills I've gained over time with enthusiastic young musicians to set them on the path of music making and hopefully learn something from them myself, as I believe that everyone should approach a discipline with an attitude of a student, not a master. Looking forward to teaching students how their favorite songs were written so that they can incorporate that into writing their own songs.

I first start with basic open chords and music theory, followed by some Barre chords and scales. I teach students their favorite songs in between all this to keep them motivated and interested in the nerd stuff I'm teaching them as they can see how it translates into music they love.
