About Pablo
He has lived among Asia, Canada and Spain for the past 5 years and practices Hatha Yoga having learned with teachers within the traditions of BKS Iyengar, Satyananda (Bihar School of Yoga) and Kashmir Shaivsm School of Yoga. He has spent several years in India studying and practicing under the tutelage of various senior professors of the Iyengar tradition such as Rajiv and Swati Chanchani and Usha Devi. He has attended classes at the Ramamani Memorial Iyengar yoga institute in Pune, India. He has been trained as a teacher for 500 hours and has been a training assistant with the Kashmir Shaivsm school of yoga where Amit Raina and Lina Ma, besides being certified Iyengar teachers, spread the teachings of the Tantric Shivaism of Kashmir. She has also been trained in Yoga vydia gurukul in Nashik, India within the tradition of Satyananda and has attended courses and workshops in Rikia Peeth. He is a practitioner of vippassana meditation and mindfulness.

Based on the Iyengar tradition, Satyananda and tantra. Respecting the principles of alignment and the limitations of each practitioner. My classes are integral yoga where the student learns all aspects of Yoga. Each class is designed in an individual way. 10 years of practice and 4 years of teaching experience. 3 years living in India, receiving and teaching classes in the north and south of India.

Perfect! Pablo es un excelente profesor. No solo enseña yoga físico; enseñando el correcto alineamiento estructural de las posturas, la respiración en las asanas, el beneficio de las posturas. Enseña lo que le pides; filosofía, respiración consciente, meditación. Sus clases son retadoras y se nota que tiene mucha experiencia práctica. Te cuida a la vez que te hace ir más allá de tus limitaciones físicas - mentales.

Pablo es un profesor que conoce bien todas las dimensiones del yoga y, lo aplica en sus clases. Su capacidad de observación y valoración del alumn@, ayuda a que el proceso de aprendizaje sea muy satisfactorio, no sólo en su evolución, sino durante los minutos que estás viviendo la experiencia de una asana, por ejemplo. Además es ameno y sabe comunicarse muy bien. Me parece un profesor ideal para clases particulares y grupos de cualquier tamaño.
Pablo es un profesor fantástico, muy profesional, cercano y que adapta las clases a las posibilidades de cada alumno.
