, I’m Ivan Pysmennyi, I’m 19 years old, and I’m truly passionate about fitness and healthy living. Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself to learning as much as possible about exercise, recovery, muscle growth, and nutrition. I love discovering new techniques, understanding how the body works, and finding ways to help people reach their full potential. I want to share this knowledge with others because I believe everyone can become stronger, healthier, and more confident with the right guidance. My goal as a trainer is to create personalised, effective, and enjoyable sessions that not only build muscle and improve health but also make fitness a sustainable and exciting part of everyday life. Training with me isn’t just about workouts — it’s about learning, growing, and feeling better every day. I’m here to motivate, guide, and support you on every step of your fitness journey.
