I love to Introduce individuals step by step into the dance world by teaching them the essentials on how to engage and step out of your comfort zone so I believe that in the beginning the best is to help them break their bubble of insecurities when dancing, telling people that it’s ok to mess up and take dance as a fun thing and not to stress too much. Once they are feeling better with themselves, or comfortable that’s when I start to involve a more technical dance.
