Hi. Its me Sivashankari. Yoga and fitness instructor. 15 year's of experienced in this field. I'm teaching lots of clients for weight loss and weight gaining fitness program. Over 1000 clients I am conducting personal training classes to them. Not only yoga, including, Zumba,Aerobics,Pranayamas,Mediation,Chakras,Dance, Diet analysis, Pre natal and post natal yoga (pregnancy yoga), pre and post portom workouts for women, Cardio workouts, Back pain stretches, Strenghtening, Functional training, HIIT workouts, Cross fitness, Pilates and everything. And no age limit for my fitness class. Teaching all age groups, kids yoga for schools and their home. oldage people yoga class for oldage home, and special children's, physically challenged childern, Cancer patients, couple yoga class to their home, personal training session and much more people. I love this field very much.
