About Giada
ABOUT ME Helloooo, I’m Giada, I'm 23 years old and I'm Italian. I’m from Brescia (a small city in northern Italy), I got my bachelor degree in Padua (north-east) and I spent 6 months as an Erasmus student in Zagreb (Croatia). I’m currently living in London but I’m planning to move for the summer. My hobbies are photography, cinema, travelling and food. I speak Italian (of course), fluent English and intermediate French.

First of all I like to offer a free meeting of 30 minutes (or more if needed) to all my students. I want to know who you are, what your interests are (so I can create activities that are interesting based on you), why you’re studying Italian and what your level is. And of course we can understand if we’re a right fit. ******************** ABOUT MY LESSONS What’s the most important thing in learning a language? SPEAKING. I’m the first supporter of terrible speaking (at the beginning at least). If you’re shy because you think that your Italian is poor or you think that you have a terrible accent it’s perfectly fine, we’ll work about it but you still have to try to speak. My lessons are a safe space, there is no judgement here. We can spend a small part of the lesson studying grammar, but most of the time will be conversation (depending on your level of Italian) or interactive activities (like translating a video according to your interests). If it’s your first time learning Italian and you don’t know anything, we will focus more on grammar at the beginning of course but then be prepared to speak a lot. I’m a talkative person but also a good listener and I really like to learn new things.
