About Adriana
I am a professional dancer and teacher with experience of more than 16 years, certified in Yoga Dance two years ago. I teach face-to-face and online classes to people of any age, who wish to strengthen their physical body, express through dance and live the present connecting with their being.

We are going to start the class process by connecting with ourselves through breathing exercises or pranayama that lead us to a meditative moment. Then we warm up with stretching movements to prepare ourselves to perform sequences of yoga postures that strengthen some part of the body or contribute to the improvement of any pathology, (this according to the student), we continue with the explanation of a basic choreography that includes asanas and dance steps that create a connection with music and allow us to express with our body and live a present moment. We finish with relaxation exercises.
