About Kayla Lee
I am an Internationally qualified Yoga instructor. I studied Hatha Yoga and Patanjali's Ashtanga philosophy in India in 2017 and have been teaching in South Africa since then. I have experience teaching private classes, tailoring each class to suit the students needs, and group classes, where a general feel good flow is taught. I am currently running the Yoga studio in Sedgefield, South Africa, teaching weekly classes and running private lessons in between.

My classes are all about looking into your body and finding ways to move that make YOU feel good! I bring an awareness to the different parts of the body and guide to find ways to stretch and strengthen target areas. "Breathe" is a key word in my classes, so you are sure to leave feeling your shoulders down and relaxed and your breathing deep and even.
Yoga is all about connecting. My classes allow a connection of the body, mind and spirit to help you live a happy, healthy, balanced life.
