I want to share my experience with Shobhit’s yoga sessions.
I have been suffering from migraine/headache for the last 15 years. I have tried many doctors and treatments over time. In December, when my headache became very severe and continuous for almost 2 months, I consulted Dr. Advait (neurologist). That’s where I met Shobhit, who suggested joining his yoga sessions specially designed for migraine patients.
After starting his sessions, I have seen a big improvement. Earlier, I used to have headaches almost every day, sometimes lasting the whole day. Now it has reduced to around 2–3 times a week, and even when it comes, it lasts for a much shorter time.
After every session, I feel very calm, relaxed, and peaceful. Along with reduced headaches, my fatigue has also decreased, and I feel more energetic and balanced throughout the day.
He also suggested practicing Yog Nidra, which I am doing regularly, and it has really helped me relax better.
I am truly thankful to Shobhit for his guidance and support. I would highly recommend these sessions to anyone struggling with migraine or stress. It has made a real difference in my life.I have been experiencing migraine for the past five years, which significantly affected my daily life. Travelling would often trigger severe headaches, and I used to experience migraines almost 15 times a month. Because of this, I frequently avoided travelling and certain activities.
About a month ago, I started practicing yoga, and since then I have noticed a remarkable improvement. Over the past 10 days, I have not experienced any migraine episodes. I was even able to travel continuously for two days without developing a headache. Additionally, even when I happened to skip meals once or twice, I still did not experience a migraine.
