About Anindita
Hi, I'm Anindita, originally from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. I moved to London a year ago and have been continuing my passion for practising and teaching yoga. With over eight years of experience in meditation and yogic practices, I completed my International Hatha Yoga Teacher Training (200 hour YTT) two years ago and have since been guiding students of all age groups. I look forward to sharing the transformative benefits of yoga with more people, both online and in-person.
