Hi, I’m Akhil Pillai, a science-based fitness coach passionate about helping people achieve real, sustainable results. My approach is built on research-backed training methods, proper technique, and personalized coaching, because fitness should be effective, safe, and tailored to you, not based on trends or guesswork.

I am a core believer of not everything you see online can work for you, everyone is made different, this different things work for different people. I believe in educating my students, not just training them, so you’ll always understand the reasoning behind what we do.

I bring professionalism, accountability, and genuine commitment to every client, with the goal of helping you build confidence, discipline, and long-term results, not just quick fixes.

I am currently a student pursuing Bsc Applied Psychology and, although young, assure you with no compromises on my end.

I’m a certified trainer from IIFEM with 1 year of experience, focused on delivering personalized, goal-oriented coaching tailored to each individual’s body, fitness level, and specific needs.

My teaching approach is science-based, meaning every training method, exercise selection, and progression strategy I use is backed by research, not guesswork or fitness myths.

My classes typically begin with understanding your goals, current fitness level, limitations, and lifestyle, followed by a structured workout plan designed specifically for you. Sessions include proper exercise guidance, form correction, progression tracking, and education on why we do what we do, so you’re not just following instructions, but actually learning how to train on your own, the goal is to make you independent.

What makes me different is that I combine practical coaching with evidence-based methods to maximize results efficiently and safely. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle building, strength, body recomposition, or overall fitness, I focus on sustainable progress rather than shortcuts.

My classes are ideal for beginners, intermediate lifters, adults looking to improve fitness, and anyone who wants structured, research-backed coaching with personalized attention.
