I owned a PhD in Sport psychology, master degree in sport science, Bachelor nutrition, and I'm a wellness advocate. I have 16 years of field work experience at high stress environments, on top of teaching partime at local university college

About the lesson

I like interactive class, 2 way communication with students so that I know if they grasp what is taught. I like to give lots of examples to make students understand and relate to senarios. Exercises and practical is needed too.
