About Maria Camila
I am a Business student back home. I have been giving lessons for 3 years to primary and high school students woking on homework and helping them to understand the topics they are having difficulties with. My main work have been teaching maths (basic math, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus) and physics. I decided to come to Australia to improve my English and during these few months I have been teaching the 9 years old kid who lives in my house with great results.

My teaching method focusses on identifing and working on the student weaknesses, making him/her aware of the improvements to increase the interest s/he has in the subject, generating better and genuine results.
The lesson's goals are aligned with the school objectives. This means that based on the topics the student is working at school, I design an explanation and practice work to identify and correct the problem. At the end of the process, the sudent must not just understand but feel confidence with the topic.
