About Riza
my name is riza khan, and currently im a first year medical student. i started yoga when i was in 3rd grade gradually i learnt how much yoga has affected my mental and physical health so i wanted to pursue a more professional career in it. i have been a part of various state, national and international yoga programs held all over the country. As i learnt new ways of pursuing yoga with a broader mindset i wanted to spread this knowledge among more people and help aware them with its long term benefits.
