I am a Personal Fitness Coach that has been teaching and coaching around the world for over 10 years. I have worked with hundreds of students and clients from many backgrounds. My focus is on lifestyle wellness and learning how to get the most out of your body to reach your particular goals. I have an extensive background in health and have spent years teaching at a Melbourne institute.
