Ballet is a form of art. It takes hours of practice to be able to do basic steps. It is always a lot harder then it looks!
Ballet can teach discipline, but is also an outlet. It gives your body a way to express itself.
I firmly believe that it is never too late to start ballet. That is why all ages and levels-from complete beginners to advanced-are welcome!
