About Yoedamen
Hi there! I'm a 24-year-old Chinese boy from Sarawak. Personally, I have a long history in 3D modeling and concept art. I speak fluent English and Chinese, and as a fun fact, my social skills aren't the greatest, but it gets ramped up when I'm teaching and explaining to people who crave for knowledge that I have and can share.
I also have a small history of often helping out students who have a harder time learning certain subjects than average students, to the point where I became a class assistant for many teachers and lecturers throughout my days in schools.
I was never really sure why that was the case, but people told me that the way I explain stuff was just easier to understand. Possibly also because when I learn something I'm passionate about, I tend to learn it from many angles so that I can teach more effectively and be more prepared for a variety of questions.
My passion for education circles around this quote from a book called The Call of the Sea: "If you want to build a ship, don't drum up the men to gather wood, divide the work, and give orders. Instead, teach them to yearn for the vast and endless sea."

Nothing complicated, cause it shouldn't be. Everyone will have the chance to learn just enough for you to explore the rest yourself in your own free time. I'm here to make you long for the creative experience, not just provide you with the tools.
I will provide both theory and hands-on practice, and a few main assignments that will last through the entire lesson, with the practice just circling it as a helping hand. All the lessons will be taught in English, but I will try my best to aid in any language if the students have a question but aren't sure how to ask in English.
I have experience as a personal tutor for many people who were starting their journey in 3D modeling, but I do have to emphasize that I graduated from an art school, not an educational school, and my experience mostly associates itself with people around the age of high school (a quick introduction just for students before going into university) and above.
