About Sophie
Hello! I’m Sophie Turner, and I enjoy helping students learn guitar and ukulele in a fun, simple, and interactive way. With 6 years of experience teaching beginner and intermediate students, I focus on helping learners improve confidence and creativity through practical learning systems. I studied at University of Nevada, where I specialized in contemporary music and guitar studies. I received the Infinite Strings Inspiration Medal and the Electric Rhythm Excellence Trophy for helping students improve musical confidence and creativity. Outside teaching, I enjoy acoustic performances, fingerstyle practice, and exploring new music genres.
