My Approach to Tutoring
I believe every learner has unique strengths and capacities. My approach is tailored to individual needs, starting with familiar concepts and gradually building up to more challenging topics. I make maths relatable and enjoyable by incorporating real-life applications into the lessons. My methodology involves:
Step-by-step guidance: Introducing each topic from the known to the unknown.
Collaborative problem-solving: Working through examples together.
Structured exercises: Starting with easy questions, progressing to more challenging ones.
Typical Lesson Length
Lessons are flexible and range from 1 to 2 hours, depending on the learner's capacity and focus.
Qualifications and Experience
I am a university graduate with 9 years of experience tutoring maths at a school. Over the years, I have honed my ability to simplify complex concepts and adapt my teaching style to various learning levels.
Who Are My Lessons For?
My lessons are designed for children aged 8 and above, as well as adults who find maths challenging. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine advanced skills, my classes are tailored to help you succeed.
