About John
Since the dawn of the millennium I’ve been working in Change. Helping people to chill, take a step back, and find their natural groove. And achieve their Goals.
Since January 2005 I've assisted at over 60 Hypnosis and NLP Seminars with Dr Richard Bandler and the society of NLP. I've assisted UK Hypnotist and self-help phenomenon Paul McKenna PhD at his events big and small, including at The Excel Centre and Wembley Arena.
Each year I spend many months in different countries, exploring and deepening my understanding of systems for transformation and change...

Cut the fluff around goal setting. Most goal-setting advice feels like creative writing... massive, shiny plans only to ignore them when real-world work gets busy. They just make us feel guilty.
We'll use a simple set of tools to focus your intention. Get it so Clear... that you can Visualise it easily and give it the energy you need to make it happen. Flexibility: You'll find the sweet spot between rigid and fluid... the direction is important and keeping you on that path.
This workshop is about turning vague ideas and dreams into clear, day-to-day blueprints for action that actually fit into your busy life.
By the time we finish, you’ll have a practical road map. It will show you exactly where to spend your energy, so you can stop guessing and start making real, steady progress.
