About Kris
I am an artist, songwriter, musician, singer, nature enthusiast and teacher. I have a degree from Penn State U. in Integrative Arts. I studied a variety of creative arts - theater, music, writing and fine arts. While at College, I extensively studied education and was in the elementary education major. Educational Psychology, human development, theory and policy and curriculum were some of the subjects I studied. I substitute taught for several years grades k-12 before becoming an ESL teacher online. I have also spent many years in the multi-cultural city of San Francisco, Ca. working as an artisan, creating and selling my original art.

If you desire to write better compositions, we can start with something you've written or do a new essay on a subject of your choice. You share and read aloud your essay and I can help you with structure, grammar, descriptive language, introduction and summary.
If your goal is to improve conversation and speaking skills, I will have you share aloud a personal story and will help you with grammar, sentence structure, pronunciation and vocabulary that will increase the effectiveness of your conversation or speech.
There will be exercises, creative activities and interactive experiences. I will work with you at whatever level you are at and will try to help you gain new abilities and confidence.
