She has changed my life! I started working with Miro in the summer ‘23, just a weekly 1.5hr session. She just innately knew what my body and my nervous system needed that day. Some sessions we did yoga and just learning to move my body again, some sessions were thai massage style, we start with a catch up with is always psychoeducation or spiritual histories and practices. I never knew what to expect each “class” and I completely trusted her. I have improved posture, less back pain, feel lighter and happier, have learned to play more every day.
