About Brooklyn
My interest in economics grew from a desire to understand how societies organize resources and make decisions that affect everyday life. Over the past six years, I have explored its complexity and found great purpose in sharing that knowledge with students. Teaching economics allows me to inspire curiosity, awareness, and thoughtful reflection in every learner. I approach my students with patience, sincerity, and adaptability. I recognize that some concepts may feel challenging at first, so I take the time to explain them in clear and relatable ways. My aim is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to think independently and express themselves confidently. I consistently follow global economic trends, research developments, and current events to ensure that my lessons remain relevant and engaging. For me, economics is not simply a subject; it is a way of understanding human behavior and societal growth. Helping students develop this understanding is one of the most fulfilling aspects of my teaching journey.

Economics is the study of how choices shape individuals, communities, and nations, and my lessons are designed to help students understand these connections in an accessible and meaningful way. I focus on creating an open environment where learners can share opinions, question ideas, and explore how economic principles apply to daily life. By relating theories to real-world examples such as market trends, employment, and global events, I make abstract concepts more relevant and engaging. My approach emphasizes understanding rather than memorization, building both confidence and critical thinking.
Beginner students explore fundamental ideas like scarcity, supply and demand, opportunity cost, and basic market behavior. Intermediate learners develop an understanding of government policies, inflation, unemployment, and business cycles. Advanced students analyze international trade, economic development, financial systems, and data evaluation. Throughout each level, I include case studies, discussions, diagrams, and writing practice to strengthen both academic performance and conceptual clarity.
As students progress, they gain the confidence to analyze situations logically and express informed opinions. They develop sharper reasoning, increased awareness of global issues, and stronger decision-making skills. My goal is to help students see economics as a powerful tool for understanding the world and their place within it.
