I am currently a grade 6 teacher.

I love teaching because I have a love of learning, a love of learners and aspire to motivate my learners to love learning as well!

About the lesson

My lessons, when working individually with students, are personalized to their needs and academic requirements.

I do thorough planning and research. I believe myself to be an educator that thinks out of the box with creative lesson structures.

I don’t want my students to merely sit and listen, I want an engaging lesson where they can take what they have learnt and apply it to the real world and their academic outcomes.

I see diversity as an asset and believe that it is my role as a teacher to ensure a student-centered lesson with guidance where needed. I want my students to explore, engage and most importantly- think about what they are learning.

I also believe that repetition and planning are key, so I would definitely make use of revision and personalized time tables.
