About Emily
I have recently qualified as a mental health nurse and have a background in the care sector. From working within mental health, I’ve realised the key to people being able to open up and getting to the bottom of their problems, is feeling safe and connected. I have faced personal struggles in life and have overcome them using techniques that I can share with you.
