About Bhanu
After my matriculation I began my preparation for IIT-JEE: the phase which began a transition in my life. Cleared IIT-JEE and got admission at IIT Roorkee in Civil Engineering.
After my college started preparing for Engineering Services and landed a job as SDE in PUDA.
Now following my hobbies as a part time.

I believe communication is the key, and for that teacher himself have to become a good listener and collaborate with the pupils to know their weaknesses and strengths, and the teacher have to be adaptive to the needs of his students.
