Software industry is changing very fast. It has become very organised. We have got frameworks (Next.js, React Native, Flutter etc.) everywhere in frontend as well as backend development. Companies are looking for experienced employees who have better understanding of such frameworks.
Opening for freshers has reduced drastically. They are asked for certain levels of experience in these frameworks.
I have decided help such freshers who are willing to build their career in Software development.
My approach is very different from others.
It includes 3 months of coaching in software development followed by 3 months of internship in my company (NxtJob.ai) which will provide them with experience certification.
This way you become employable in the current market conditions.
