About Shariq
Preparing for ACA or ACCA examinations and finding the more technical IFRS standards difficult to understand? Or are you a finance professional looking to strengthen your practical understanding of IFRS?
I can help.
I am an ACA-qualified Chartered Accountant with over 12 years of experience in audit, financial reporting and accounting advisory.
I previously worked in Deloitte UK's National Accounting & Audit Technical Services department, where I advised audit partners and engagement teams on complex IFRS and UK GAAP accounting matters. I currently work as a Specialist Manager in Financial Accounting & Advisory at RSM UK, advising listed and multinational organisations on complex accounting transactions and financial reporting issues.
Unlike many tutors who teach purely from textbooks, I apply IFRS every day in practice.
My objective is not only to help you pass your examinations but to develop a deep understanding of the standards so that you can confidently apply them to complex real-life scenarios.
