I am ICF Certified Life Coach, Certified Mindfulness Coach and NLP Practitioner.
This combination of certifications provide me more clarity on how to guide my clients deal with their problems more effectively and on a right direction.
As a coach, I offer a range of services aimed at helping individuals develop and deepen their mindfulness practice. These services may include:
Individual Coaching Sessions: One-on-one sessions with the client to assess their current mindfulness level, set goals, and provide personalized guidance and feedback.
Group Workshops and Classes: Conducting mindfulness workshops or classes for small groups, where participants learn and practice mindfulness techniques together. This can be done in person or virtually.
Guided Meditations: Providing live sessions of guided meditation to help clients practice mindfulness and cultivate a sense of presence and awareness.
Stress Reduction Techniques: Teaching specific techniques and exercises to help individuals manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelm through mindfulness practices.
Breathwork Instruction: Guiding clients in various breathing exercises, which are an integral part of mindfulness practice for grounding and relaxation.
Mindful Movement : Incorporating mindful movement practices to promote physical well-being and deepen the mind-body connection.
Mindful Eating Guidance: Teaching clients how to bring mindfulness to their eating habits, helping them develop a healthier relationship with food and an awareness of the sensations associated with eating.

Through this transformative role, I can help individuals navigate stress, enhance focus, and cultivate inner peace. Being a mindfulness coach, I coach my clients on a journey towards greater mindfulness and overall flourishing through breathwork, meditation, some simple techniques, gentle mindful movement, compassionate communication and bringing mindfulness into daily activities.
Also coach clients to find peace of mind and stop negative self talk.
