Hi, I’m Apostolos from Toronto, Canada. I’m an ISSA certified personal trainer, S30 coach and former F45 coach, and I help busy professionals transform their fitness and lifestyle in just 45 minutes per session.

I bring a lifetime of competitive experience to every lesson: 3 completed Hyrox races, ex-tennis coach, competitive snowboarder, semi-pro soccer player, and a lifelong competitor in all sports. This athletic background gives me the expertise to design training that’s effective, efficient, and fun.

My sessions combine strength, conditioning, and functional fitness with practical strategies for fat loss, muscle gain, endurance, and overall health. Every lesson is personalized to your goals and schedule, helping you build long-term habits that make fitness sustainable and enjoyable.

About My Lessons

Hi, I’m Apostolos, an ISSA certified personal trainer, S30 coach and former F45 coach. I specialize in helping busy professionals transform their health and fitness through efficient, results-driven training. My sessions are designed for people who don’t have hours to spend in the gym but want to make a meaningful, lasting lifestyle change.

My Teaching Methodology:
I use a hybrid approach combining strength, conditioning, and functional fitness techniques. Every lesson is personalized to your goals, focusing on fat loss, muscle gain, improved endurance, and overall wellbeing. I emphasize proper form, progressive intensity, and practical strategies you can carry into your daily life, making fitness sustainable even with a busy schedule.

Lesson Structure & Duration:
Lessons are 45 minutes, packed with effective, high-impact exercises. Each session includes warm-up, targeted training, and a cool-down with mobility or stretching. I also provide guidance on recovery, nutrition, and habit-building to support your overall lifestyle transformation.
