About Tamara
I'm a human nutrition student in London who has been mentoring students younger than myself for the past 2 years. I either teach within the subjects of nutrition and biology, or I help students organize their time and help them be the best version of themselves they can be. I've helped students create study schedules, stay on track with schoolwork while being busy with their personal lives, and I've helped them balance their mental and physical health while doing well in school.

I base my classes on the needs of the student and will usually create an action plan to help the student know what he/she needs to do next. How I structure the class depends on what the student needs help with and this is something I would want to know before the class starts.
If I'm teaching anything nutrition or biology related then I will divide the topic into several parts, explain each part carefully and in order. During this, I will interact and discuss things with the student at the same time to make sure there's full engagement and understanding of the material.
